The length of each industry-specfic hybrid learning course will depend on the unique needs and goals of your organization. A standard “Level 1” ONE Hybrid Learning course for Managers, for example, may take 4 weeks. If, however, your organization requests customized curriculum for Administrative Support, Managers, Directors and Executive Leaders, it may take 3 months from course development and preliminary assessments to completion and evaluation.

The cost of each industry-specfic hybrid learning course will also depend on your organization’s specific needs from the number of learners and administrative support to the number of services offered at each learning level. We will provide you with an accurate estimate upon thorough evaluation of your organization.

No. You are not required to complete all 5 levels of the ONE Hybrid Learning series. However, your ability to achieve sustainable change will only improve with advanced learning. Our team will collectively determine an appropriate starting and completion level based on a thorough assessment of your organization.

Yes. Every learner is given a specific timeframe to complete each course. However, all ONE Hybrid Learning participants are given extended access to the curriculum after successful completion of each course to enhance their learning experience. If additional time is needed to complete the course, then this time will be subtracted from the extension.
